Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Aslantürk Law Firm (the "Firm") as data controller, within the scope described below.

Data Processed and Purposes

The name, phone number, e-mail address and message content you share through the contact form on our website are processed for the purposes of evaluating your appointment request, contacting you and providing preliminary information according to the nature of your request.

Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the legal bases of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2(c) KVKK) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2(f) KVKK).

Transfers and Retention

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or by the nature of your request. Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about such processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction within the framework of Art. 7
• Object to results arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You may submit requests concerning your rights in writing, together with identity verification, via the contact details on our website. Applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
